If I plan to payoff my house within 3 years or so, does refi make sense?
3.75% now. I'm about 6 years into a 30 year. If I refi, how long before those savings exceed the cost of the transaction?

Not worth the trouble - stick with the current loan

Worst case scenario is payoff 4 to 5 years from now. Same answer?

This is the answer. Don’t know why you wouldn’t do this if you can get a no cost
