Or smell anything anymore, I've decided to go healthy. Good food, no juice or soda anymore, just water. I already cut the caffeine back in November, so I was on the right track.
My goal is to drop 50 pounds in 6 months, but realistically I've got way more than that to lose. My goal weight is under 210, which is about 80 lbs away. I'll know better tomorrow when my new scale arrives.
