I think its the tacklers hand as he initiates the tackle hitting Mahomes in the

chin/chinstrap. I think thats what concussed him/knocked him silly. Watch as the tackler comes in and makes contact with his lower face, as this happens Mahomes fist tenses and then he ragdolls from there. I think its like a boxer/ufc fighter getting clipped in the chin.
