The Simpsons have a rapid evolution from Seasons 1 to 3 (which stays at an amazing level for another 6-7 seasons before a steep decline) that is fun to watch. She should be able to immediately appreciate the progress between the first six episodes, the next six, etc. And there is some real, timeless humor in there to boot. By the time Incredible Season 3 kicks off, she'll really appreciate the characters and style.
