Brees is rapidly declining and I think he will be an interception machine if he came back next year. The zip and arm strength just isn't there all the time with Brees.

Winston has already proven to be an interception machine in his youth.

Hill isn't the decisive QB he needs to be a successful starter and doesn't quite have the accuracy I would want from that position.
