that actually gave me relief was chiropractic and that was minimal. Adjusting C1 and C2 with a pro adjuster helped me and gave me temporary relief. Surgery to dilate my eustachian tube seems to have fixed the issue. At some point along the way I also had a Menieres disease diagnosis. Menieres disease seems to be a catch all diagnosis when nothing else fits the bill.
