A # of traders I know are sitting out this week over Trump/violence concerns
I’d say that the majority consensus is that stability from Biden will be better than Trump plus a flood of cash will be a short term positive.
There’s a number of guys that I associate with who trade options who were pretty leery of doing anything late last week - or this week when the market opens - until they see what happens with the inauguration.

The economy improved every year under Obama. I think you could argue that it should have improved faster though.
