CB is the fountain of all knowledge and I haven't found anything obvious on the
internet about this so I'm posting to see if anybody can guide me to information.

I have a person living at my house with my kids that is 19 years old any applying to WGU. She is not on good terms with her parents. In the FAFSA there is a section that requires parent information and her parents refuse to give it to her. The FAFSA application specifically mentions her situation as not a valid exception for not putting parent information and she will only be eligible for loans and not grants without it.

Any ideas?
