Patacones, but I ask for them just with queso costeno instead of the patacones montados.
Fried yuca is pretty good with their dipping sauce, if you like yuca.
They also have something they call bandeja montanera. It is like bandeja paisa, but I think they add pork ribs for those that get grossed out by chicharron.
I can make most of this Colombian food pretty authentic myself (it is a lot of work), but the one thing I haven't been able to master is their traditional costeno soup or sancocho. Depending on the day you go, their sancocho is great. However, on that one I think it is more of a memory than the fact that sancocho de gallina is actually a great meal.
