Over 10 seasons only 40 teams could possibly finish in the top 4. I don't see how its reasonable to say 15/130 for CFB instead of 15/40 For that time period. It was impossible for CFB or CBB to fulfill 'total parity' where all 130 or 364 teams made the final 4 over the last decade. The closest possible thing to measure was how many teams took up the 40 available slots.

Thats also why I didn't compare the college sports to the pro sports, but to each other. The pro sports and collegiate sports were to be considered separate from each other. I should have made that clearer.
