I had a secretary once who did that. It was frustrating since I knew she was
going to forget half of what I asked her to do. The entire reason I chose to delegate those tasks to her in the first place was because they were things I knew I would not remember to do yet I wanted it taken care of. A few days later I'd remember the task and ask her about it and she'd apologize and act like it was the first time anything like that had ever slipped her mind. Rinse and repeat.

I started suggesting she carry a notepad or at least keep one on her desk - she never did. She didn't last very long.
