(MD here) Ask for an evaluation by a pediatric general surgeon. Intractable abd
...abdominal pain shouldn't be dismissed. It might be GYN related, but in the context of previous abdominal surgery, she needs to be evaluated.

Are they 100% certain it isn't an appendicitis? Once it ruptures, things get really bad, really fast.
