My niece had similar issues on her mission. Slowly building, tests inconclusive. Removing the gallbladder eventually did the trick

Are they 100% certain it isn't an appendicitis? Once it ruptures, things get really bad, really fast.

Yes, same daughter, but not diabetic related--at least that's the theory now. Endometriosis is the guess now.
