Could be a volvulous/ twisted intestine

My daughter had this her freshman year. Thought it was appendicitis or ovarian cysts at first, extreme pain... vomiting and passing out. Morphine wouldn’t touch it. Once identified as a volvulous, it was emergency surgery. Like wheeled straight to the OR. Got my wife on a plane on the first possible flight, surgery was done before she landed.

Are they 100% certain it isn't an appendicitis? Once it ruptures, things get really bad, really fast.

My wife's ruptured appendix did not show up on CT or ultrasound.

There's a good possibility it's ovarian cysts--again. That's part of what her previous surgery was.

Yes, same daughter, but not diabetic related--at least that's the theory now. Endometriosis is the guess now.
