Apparently you aren’t the one who makes it a great environment.
If you go to the game to sit in comfort with excellent unobstructed sight lines and 72 degree air blowing in your face and a cup holder at your disposal, you’re in the wrong place.
Eliminating the character of the building for comfort and ease will destroy the environment that makes BYU VB what it is.
You’re recommendation is like asking Duke to get rid of the Cameron crazies so that donors can sit closer to the court.

BYU sports are really great. We really bring the support. I really wish they'd replace the Smith Fieldhouse though.
