I don't know if he was ever on an NFL roster, but he did go to training camp with the Rams (I think) after college then started coaching individually and started his own business. He's started breaking down all of the QB's in this class. So far he's done Trey Lance and today Zach Wilson. He has some criticisms and things he needs to work on, but overall he's complimentary of Zach. Its fun to see someone who understands the game and QB position much more than most of us ever will break down film and what is or should be going through the QB's head each play.
