has family there. I am going to be taking a business trip there in a few weeks and will be driving a 15-passenger van pulling a brand-new 8-foot Haulmark trailer.

I've read info. online that say Albuquerque leads the nation in car theft and has been in the top 3 for car theft for multiple years. Other online city review sites are less-than-favorable about Albuquerque for a variety of reasons (property crime, run-down, overworked and under-staffed police force)

My question is should I be concerned about having my van or trailer stolen while I'm there (I'll obviously have locks on the trailer) and is it that much worse than most big cities?
