No, elective abortions at my medical school were not a part of our OB/Gyn rotation. You would have had to go out of your way for that type of experience.

No. In my experience elective D&Cs didn't happen much at academic hospitals. Never saw one.

1. It would only apply to OB/GYN and not general practitioners in even design.
