The timing of me buying last week was mostly lucky. A while back, I was reading about clean energy. I wanted to put together a clean energy portfolio, if the blue wave came to fruition. I was looking at them and SUNRUN. I opted for Spwr because I felt more comfortable in investing in the manufacturing side, vs. the sales/service side. I watched them for a inexplicable dip and bought last Friday. They are up like 35% this week. So, to answer your question.. a little research, a little luck on the timing.
