Cougarrr May the force be with you.
Do any of you struggle sometimes to think of a word you know?
Once in a while, I'll be talking and for a moment can't think of a simple word. I just went to tell my daughter to get something out of the shed. But it took me 5 seconds to remember the word shed. I knew what I wanted to say, the word just wouldn't come up.

It seems to only happen when talking. If I'm typing it never happens.

Is this normal aging? I'm only 44.

Part of me worries it's early dementia or something. Jokes aside, it really does worry me.
