My point was that the restrictions will impact demand.
For awhile, Mexico travel from the US performed comparatively well given the environment. Now that testing, abs possibly quarantining after a foreign trip will be required, demand for Mexico will fall.
It will be the same with cruises if the testing requirements and possible quarantine requirements are long term. Many people simply won’t go.
