My brother is there right now
He served his mission there years ago and their kids are older, 21 is the oldest down to 11 for the youngest but they are loving it. Waterfalls for days, parasailing, boogy boarding. They are loving it. You are right, negative test required but nothing to get back in, right now anyway.
