Quarantine for Covid-19 after 3 month "immunity"
Hypothetically someone got Covid-19 on Labor day in 2020. (more than 3 months ago). They recovered fine. Then Hypothetically lets say they were exposed again this week to Covid-19, but it was before the person had shown any symptoms. Would this said person who had covid-19 already need to quarantine again for the full 2 weeks suggested by the CDC? Are companies expected to pay this person who is on quarantine? Or would they have to use their PTO, if they don't have "sick leave"? How does that work?
