Figured it was too good to last. Anyone know how to solve Google Wifi problems
that don't seem to be problems in some cases? I mean, the PC I'm typing this on right now is using an ethernet connection to one of the google wifi points and I just registered 156mpbs on on a checkmyspeed site.. This PC does not have any other connection option (ie, no internal wifi card) so it's clearly "connected" to the internet.

But my google home app on my phone doesn't register as being connected — shows no devices, can't get into settings, can't run a speed test, etc — just keeps saying "problem connecting, try again". Initially it at least would show my wifi points and "everything looks good". After finally unplugging and replugging in an attempt to maybe break a few things loose, it seemed to come back up initially and I started getting notices of devices reconnecting to the network. But that apparently didn't last long and now it's even worse, shows no devices connected and no wifi points even.

My phone is the similar — says I'm connected to my network but phone basically stops working if I turn off cellular data. But my mom was streaming Murder She Wrote on my downstairs TV without issue. My wife's laptop was apparently working fine because she complained when I reset the google point that is connected to my modem. Son's phone won't connect though. So frustrating.

Anyone with a similar issue previously have any troubleshooting thoughts? Outside of a total factory reset of all 4 wifi points? Up to this point, I've been downright giddy over the past several weeks with the google mesh upgrade over the single router approach I've used forever, but right now, not so much.
