If these vaccines are as effective as we think they are, they can virtually wipe
This out if the majority of us get them when we can. On the other hand, if a large portion of the population refuse the vaccine, it will always be transmissible, or be around for a long time.

I know several people close to me who are healthy and had it and it was nasty. My wife is super healthy and had it and two months later still feels that her lungs and breathing are really off. My 6 year old son had it and he’s had a bad rash and lingering cough and he still seems weak two months later. If we can eliminate it, let’s eliminate it, not just to protect those who would die from it, but to also protect from all the other unknowns of its longer term effects from those who survive it.
