About half the time I start my car all the lights will flicker, headlights, dash, cabin etc. It tends to be worse in colder weather. Battery has been replaced and alternator tests seem to show it’s fine but mechanic admittedly couldn’t repeat the exact problem. Any other thoughts on what it may be?
