With the battery replaced, I’d go with cable/ connectors
First pop the cables, clean terminals. If you still have the problem look to replace the cables.

Wouldn’t that have been resolved with a new battery replacement?

I would check solenoid and starter. Some cars have a relay between the ignition

Do you have a lanyard or heavy key chain? Could be your key moving in ignition.

Interesting, not a very heavy keychain. Just the car key and maybe 2-3 other key

I had to replace the wiring harness because there was corrosion inside

That sounds like a headache and very pricey for a mechanic to do.
