Two things.
BYU is having in-person classes. If they were taking the pandemic as seriously as you claim, they wouldn’t do that. If students can sit in the JFSB six feet apart with masks they can do the same in the Marriott center.
If BYU wants to shut down fan attendance that’s fine. It’s their prerogative. But then don’t turn around and ask for donations. Like was mentioned, it’s like the unemployed staying out of work for the government paycheck.
