Two questions for CB attorneys...
1. Did the Patriots require Tom Brady to sign a non-compete clause where he would be prevented from stealing and or taking parts of the Belichick system?
2. If yes, will the Patriots be able to go after him considering all the evidence that he took the Patriots system with him to Tampa Bay, leaving Belichick mostly systemless?
