I think I'm starting to understand the $GME thing. One question I still have
is why do those on r/WallStreetBets and others think the price will rise even significantly higher?
Maybe a better of way of phrasing it is is what is the mechanism that will cause the "short squeeze"? Will it reach a point where the institutional investors with short positions will eventually cave forcing the price to spike? Or something else?
