Byu needs to do more to make students at byu-I feel invested in byu sports
It could pay huge dividends.
Here are my ideas.
1. Play a pre season basketball game in Rexburg.
2. DO a fan fest day on campus at Byui
3. This might be harder but do a spring football scrimmage in Rexburg
4. Do a shuttle at cost for at least one football game per year. Get a bunch of buses and shuttle students round trip to a game. Do it at or even below cost. Do it for our worst game of the year when we know it won’t be a sellout anyways.
Those are just a couple of my ideas. But we need to be capturing those students to help grow the fan base
