Pimpin4Paradise Intervention Needed
What are you cooking at? I've found 275 to be ideal for brisket for me, but you could probably get away with 250. I've
seen folks online advocating for a 225 or even lower temp and that's nuts. I tried 225 once and the brisket was pretty dry. By the time it was up to temp, it had just been cooking too long.
