Last May I got sick. One day in the early afternoon I started to feel a bit crummy and by that evening I had a 101 degree fever and went to bed at 9 PM feeling completely wiped out.
The next morning I felt mostly fine. Just a little fatigued with mild body aches. I went to get tested and was negative. I also never lost my sense of taste or smell.
About 4 weeks later I had to sing in church, so I spent a couple days practicing. My diaphragm and lungs felt super sore for about 3 days. I've never experienced that kind of soreness before from singing.
In July I had a work project that required me to get rapid tested twice per week for the whole month. Every single one of those rapid tests (8 total) showed that I had covid antibodies.
Curious, I decided to get the official IGG lab blood test done. It came back negative for covid antibodies.
Since July I've had about 3-4 instances of being in the same room as Covid positive people (didn't know at the time) and seem to have been unaffected by it.
So ... did I have Covid?
