The amount of really good players the Lakers just got rid of for peanuts is
pretty astounding.
Julius Randle, all-star, gone.
Jordan Clarkson, 6MOTY, gone
D'Angelo Russell, all-star, gone
And then Magic picking Lonzo Ball over a host of incredible players like Jayson Tatum, Donovan Mitchell, DeAaron Fox, etc... is just ridiculous.
In Magic's short time with the Lakers he has to have been one of the worst GMs ever. And yes, LeBron James came to the Lakers under Magic, but that had nothing to do with Magic and more to do with rhe allure of L.A.
