I saw a listing the other day in Millcreek listed for $625k I said to myself that’s a pretty good deal. Well they must have gotten a ton of offers cause the next day it was repriced to $725k and the day after it went under contract.

Got me thinking. Can I find some do it yourself suckers on Ksl listing their homes for less than market value in this escalating market?
