Mixed feelings
Yes, 6% is way to much to pay in this market and why more money to sell a bigger house? Seems like the effort and the work load would be the same.
However, I also think of a real estate agent as a partner and would hope that if he/she comes across a solid investment property with potential that they would reach out to me first because I hired them to sell my home, etc.
