And she said this market actually sucks bad for them. Almost no one is actually getting 6% because the sellers all know how much demand there is. She said on the MLS listing you can see what percentsfe is being offered and almost no one is getting 6%. In most cases the buyers and sellers agent are splitting 3-4% In her area and there is such limited inventory.
