Intervention Needed
Why not just recognize everyone during a larger ceremony in August when there
is certain to be fewer restrictions (if any) and fine weather for an outdoor ceremony if necessary?
If you graduate in April and don’t want to participate in August, just get your diploma and move ahead with life.

BYU is clearly stating what's important to the institution. Money.
