be restarted as FCS until they could get the program running strong (5yrs?) then finally become a football member too. They are in a better location than WSU so I'm sure they could thrive.
As for only admitting one team for football at first actually improves their scheduling. Ten teams make for an odd number of games but had an eleventh team and you are good. Add the 12th in the future and you can do divisions with a less likelihood of two teams playing twice in the same season (so less likely to have a rematch of the championship game and a season game).
