Too many reps, managers, smb's, owners, etc....get caught up in their sales process. "Follow this process and you'll kill it."
Hone in, focus and learn about a customers buying processes, instead of being inflexible with your sales process and I promise you'll sell a lot more. Too many lose sight of this and then wonder why they're struggling or fail to meet quota. I had this epiphany many years ago and it changed everything for me.
