If Lohner keeps hitting 3s, I think he's an early exit lottery pick. He's got
the best defensive rating on the team, he can handle the ball, he can jump out of the gym, he's a decent passer, he plays an unselfish brand of basketball, he's got a great basketball frame, and perhaps most importantly, he seems to have the work ethic and desire to improve his game. His advanced stats (DRating (#1), Win Shares, Rebound % (#1), BPM) are some of the best on the team as well - which is incredible for a kid who seemed as raw as he was coming in.

In short, he's exactly what modern NBA teams are looking for - pieces that can handle the ball, defend multiple positions, and make 3s. I think we'll be lucky to have him beyond next season. Ideally he holds off on declaring until after his Junior year.

To anyone who thinks Lohner is an early lottery pick, I hope you're right. (TailgateU, Feb 26, 2021 at 11:37am)
