I recently was in a restaurant and this old lady brought her shih tzu in with
her. Her friend loudly said she had a doctor’s note, and that it was a service dog. I call bull on that because it was clearly a puppy about a year old, and that breed is rarely a service dog anyway. She let it eat her potato chips off the table.
