Me the incorrect amount of $60 or so each time (is this a thing with car companies?) a simple call and they immediately credited it to me.... so. Why not see if it will be as easy. Maybe it won’t take 30 min

I don't think I've used hotel phone in 10yrs since cell phones stopped charging by time of day. but I'd fight any charge
