I'm curious why BSA is on the hook here? Why aren't the accusers be suing the...

...child abusers?

Did BSA intentionally turn a blind eye to child abuse going on?

Was BSA aware of child abuse and intentionally ignored it?

If the answers to the above questions are "yes", then I understand why BSA would be in trouble.

But if not, at what point do we start holding individual people accountable instead of blaming everyone else?
