Building is up 50% in my market compared to when I built the same home
In 2015. (Built it two hours away so slight different market i guess)
It’s insane.
I also was in a situation where the builder had all the leverage as there were “ten other people vying for this lot”.. and I also didn’t have a firm quote.
The most frustrating change/trend is how builders buy up all the lots which gives them all the power (smart play)
