You can walk into the sales office and get the one sheet for the models and listing prices.

Now that price will change rapidly like it has, but I've yet to see what you're describing at least with the builder in our part of Silver Lake.

We built it over 14 months. Did a lot of the work as well with, contracted out for Electrical, plumbing, and foundation.
