Same in Idaho.
We were planning building this next fall. All the builders pretty much told us it's going to cost 15 to 35% more than it cost last year but cannot put a firm price on it.
We decided to move into a spec home instead.

We built it over 14 months. Did a lot of the work as well with, contracted out for Electrical, plumbing, and foundation.
