How so? The guys who evaluate QBs for a living rely on the distinction. I get
there's a spectrum on the mobility scale that is worth considering and not purely a binary evaluation.
That said the pro and college games favor greater mobility provided throwing accuracy is good. A kid who can run well but lacks a consistently accurate arm is a running back.

I think starting Hall is the smart move. Dual threat will hide some of the production losses from Wilson and co.
