Watch opposing players turn down lanes to the rim because of his presence. If you just look at his blocked shots, you are missing most of the impact he has on the defensive end of the floor. BYU is a top 30 defensive team this year and Haarms' presence is a big factor why. He has been outstanding in the middle and BYU will really miss him next year on defense.
