But if you know the "starter" may only play 25% of the season?
I guess for me, unless Hall is far and away the best option, I'd go with the 1B option. And I'd really hate to lose someone like Conover and then have Hall get hurt a couple games into the season and then go to our 3rd or 4th option for the rest of the season.
It does seem that Hall is the leader in the clubhouse so far and I'll trust that coaching staff will make the best decision.

I think starting Hall is the smart move. Dual threat will hide some of the production losses from Wilson and co.
